Workers Put Finishing Touches on Restored Key West Icon After Fire

The Southernmost Point marker in Key West, Florida, was intentionally damaged in a fire on New Year's Day when two men set a Christmas tree on fire next to the marker, causing $5,000 in damage. Workers have since repaired the concrete monument, which is a popular tourist destination. Police have issued warrants for two men suspected of starting the fire.
