Four Florida Keys resorts have earned esteemed recognition in Travel + Leisure's "World’s Best Awards" survey for 2023, as they were ranked among Florida's top 10 of 15 favorite resorts. The resorts are:

This noteworthy accolade was based on readers' ratings, considering criteria like rooms and facilities, location, service, food, and value. Little Palm Island Resort & Spa was particularly commended for its secluded, adults-only environment, complete with 30 suites within 15 thatched-roof bungalows, situated on a private four-acre islet. The resort is characterized as a Caribbean hideaway and its Dining Room restaurant upholds the "barefoot luxury" ethos.
