Art Strolling Throughout Key West

The Florida Keys are a well known destination for artists, as the natural scenery and creative spirit is unmatched.  This season, the Keys are featuring art strolls, which are outdoor tours of local artist's studios and galleries.  There are also many other art and cultural events happening throughout the Keys this season.

The Stock Island Art Stroll on Saturday, Feb. 12, includes tours of off-the-beaten path art studios in the Lower Keys’ Stock Island. Additional Saturday strolls are slated March 12, April 9, May 14, June 11 and July 9. Visit ilovestockisland.org/stock-island-art-stroll/.

There’s plenty to see and do in Key West beyond the beaches, bars and restaurants. Art enthusiasts can enjoy popular gallery strolls, while history buffs can explore the island city’s rich past. Upcoming strolls are slated Thursday evenings on Feb. 17 and March 17, featuring Stone Soup Gallery, Shade Ceramics and Shutter Photography, Harrison Gallery and many other enticing stops.
