Zombie Bike Ride 2024 – A Spooktacular, Family-Friendly Event!
Mark your calendars and get ready to feel the zombie fever because the Zombie Bike Ride is back on October 20, 2024! This rock ‘n roll, costumed Halloween bike ride is an iconic part of Key West's lively Fantasy Fest, and it's set to draw over 7,500 enthusiastic riders once again. Whether you're a seasoned zombie or newly awakened from the undead, this event promises a day full of ghoulish fun for all ages.
The Ride of the Undead
The zombie invasion kicks off at Fort East Martello, where the gathering begins at 2 PM. Fort East Martello will transform into Zombieland, complete with a newly expanded Kids Zone that includes bounce houses and other fun activities. It's the perfect spot for families to get into the zombie spirit together!
While you're at the starting grounds, treat yourself to food vendors, a full bar, and live body painting to complete your look for the evening's undead march. You’ll have plenty of time to zombie-fy yourself between 2 PM and 6 PM, before the eerie procession begins.
The Zombie Bike Parade
At 6 PM, hop on your decorated bike and join the thousands of costumed zombies as they roll down A1A. Expect a truly wild ride as a massive parade of zombies takes over the streets of Key West, cruising toward the ultimate party destination: The Coffee Butler Amphitheater.
Zombiefest Dance Party
But the fun doesn’t end with the bike ride! Once the undead army reaches the Coffee Butler Amphitheater, get ready to dance your decaying feet off at the FREE Zombiefest Dance Party presented by RamsHead. This is where zombies of all ages can celebrate their ride with music, dancing, and all the Halloween fun you could want. It’s the perfect way to end a spooktacular evening in true zombie style.
