The Tennessee Williams Key West Festival is a month-long celebration in honor of Tennessee Williams, a Pulitzer Prize-winning literary icon who lived in Key West for 34 years. Hosted annually in March by the Tennessee Williams Museum and Key West Art & Historical Society, the festival features a variety of arts and cultural events, including a fundraiser, painting contests, writing contests, lectures, museum tours, film screenings, live theater events, and a birthday party for Williams. The festival aims to honor Williams' life and works, which include famous plays like "The Glass Menagerie" and "A Streetcar Named Desire"​​.
