Meet David Feder: David Feder's music has a magical way of making you feel like an old friend. His original compositions on the nylon string Flamenco Guitar are intricate and intimate, creating a laid-back island atmosphere. Over three decades of island-living in the Florida Keys have greatly influenced Feder's breezy, approachable, and sophisticated music. His musicianship incorporates a wide range of styles, clever yet innocent, intelligent yet accessible, all woven into a personal journey told through the strings of his guitar.

Feder's talents have not gone unnoticed. He has received praise from NPR's All Songs Considered, World Café Live, PBS Art Loft, NPR's Folk & Acoustic Music, The Miami Herald, and Time Out magazine, among others. His critically acclaimed album "Black Emerald" spent six weeks at the top of the Broadjam World Music Chart. Feder's music has been featured on ABC's All My Children, PBS's Art Loft, NBC's Good Morning show, National Park Service Educational Videos, and Florida Everglades Documentaries.

In addition to his musical endeavors, Feder is a founding member of ICE, a 501C3 organization that has raised over one million dollars in scholarships for students pursuing arts, music, and dance. He is also a champion of the local arts scene in the Florida Keys and produces the Florida Keys Bay Jam, a music festival that raises funds for local high school Arts and Music Grants. Bay Jam is celebrating its 29th year, and Feder's dedication to supporting the arts is unwavering.
